Stayed at Universidad and had a wonderful experience. The receptionist was welcoming and the check-in process was efficient. The hotel offers secure wifi and all TV channels in their original language, a rarity even in 5* hotels. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh fruits, meats, eggs, juice, yogurts. Parking in the area was easy to find, and we were happy with our quiet room. excellent value for money. Close to bars, restaurants, and attractions in the university area.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my Easter stay, with easy access to the city center and shops. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the fact that the room was very light and airy, making it a pleasant place to stay during the day. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.
