Stayed at Universidad and had a wonderful experience. the receptionist was welcoming and the check-in process was efficient. the hotel offers secure wifi and all TV channels in their original language, a rarity even in 5 hotels. the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh fruits, meats, eggs, juice, yogurts, and crispy fresh bread. Parking in the area was easy to find, and we were happy with our quiet room. excellent value for money. Close to bars, restaurants, and attractions in the university area.

Excellent all round - fast wifi, friendly staff, welcoming to dog , plenty of street parking, cafe on street corner close by if arriving late, fantastic room , very good breakfast, soy milk provided, loved the pillows!!

The location of the hotel was perfect for my Easter stay, with easy access to the city center and shops. the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the fact that the room was very light and airy, making it a pleasant place to stay during the day. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

The air conditioning was also a bit noisy, and I found it challenging to adjust the temperature. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

The receptionist at Universidad gave us a warm welcome and the check-in process was quick and efficient. the hotel exceeded our expectations for a 3-star establishment. the wifi was secure and the TV channels were available in their original languages, something even some 5-star hotels fail to provide. the breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of fresh fruits, meats, eggs, juice, yogurts. We requested a quiet room and were very satisfied with the accommodations. It's worth noting that parking in the area was easy and safe.
