The hotel staff at Urpi were incredibly helpful and accommodating during my stay. I accidentally left my phone charger behind, but they went out of their way to help me, even buying me a new one. Although it wasn't exactly the same as my old charger, I appreciated their effort. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I had a positive experience at Urpi and would recommend it.

The room was larger than expected with comfortable bedding and clean, spacious bathroom. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing us with city maps and recommendations. the location was excellent with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

While the breakfast options were decent, the quality of the food could have been better. the decor throughout the hotel was a bit outdated and could use some modernization.
