I recently returned from a lovely solo trip staying at a hotel in a charming location surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. The restaurant, which offered buffet style meals as part of the all-inclusive package, was quite orderly and had a good variety of food options. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and I enjoyed the view from the balcony. The hotel also had great facilities including two pools and a playground for children.

Some aspects of the hotel's evening entertainment were too loud, making it difficult to relax in my room or open the balcony window until late in the evening.

The kids loved the pools and learning to swim. The buffet had a great range of food, including amazing prawns and omelettes. The services provided were excellent, with plenty of activities and a short distance to nearby restaurants and the public beach. We even had a sea view balcony in our studio. this hotel exceeded our expectations with its incredible value and we are extremely grateful to Juan, the receptionist, for all his helpful information.

During our New Year's stay, we enjoyed the variety of activities offered by the hotel, including games, shows, and themed parties. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to both the city center and the beach, which made it very convenient to explore the area. we loved the unlimited access to delicious and well-prepared food, especially the local specialties.

the rooms were not always well-maintained and we had to request fresh linens and towels regularly. Lastly, while the amenities were adequate, some of them were outdated and could use some modernization.

We had a fantastic stay at a catered resort in a great location. The hotel provided a wide range of family-oriented entertainment, which was not too late or loud. Our son especially enjoyed the Michael Jackson show and the Acrobatics Show. It was a treat to have breakfast and dinner easily accessible, making it a great option for families.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk to the beach and shops. The pool area is well equipped, even providing an air pump for your inflatables. In the evening, the entertainment area is nicely set up with tablecloths and candles, creating a cozy garden atmosphere. The variety of food in the restaurant is great, with dishes from different countries.

The staff's communication skills could be improved.
