I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach in a beautiful area by the sea. The hotel offers enhanced comfort and quality services, making me feel pampered throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay including a mini-bar, balcony, and in-room safe. The friendly and attentive staff, especially the receptionists, provided excellent service and were always there to assist me with any needs or questions. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, such as a swimming pool, sauna, and massage services, which added to the overall relaxation and enjoyment of my stay.

This place is highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The pool area and staff were great, with tasty food at the pool bar. The location was convenient, with lovely walks and a heated pool. The room was kept spotless, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of variety. Bus stop right outside for easy transportation.

I recently stayed at the Vik Hotel in Puerto del Carmen for a week-long holiday. The hotel's location was perfect, situated away from the hustle and bustle of town, but easily accessible via bus. The dining room was well organized and never overcrowded, and the outside space was beautifully designed for relaxation. I was impressed by the spacious and bright room, complete with a lovely balcony. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the buffet offered a great variety of delicious food. The pool area and staff were top-notch, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Puerte Del Carmen. The food was delicious, and we looked forward to breakfast and dinner every day. Our room had a beautiful view of palm trees and the ocean from the balcony. The hotel had a great choice of outdoor seating areas, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was unbeatable, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore the island at a reasonable fare. We can't wait to go back to this amazing hotel in Lanzarote.

The hotel is starting to look a bit shabby and run down. The reception seating area was uncomfortable and cold.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the centre and with direct access to the beach. It was a lovely quiet area with lots of entertainment options for everyone, including a great kids club. The breakfasts were delicious with plenty of options for everyone. The grounds were spacious and I liked that the terrace off the main bar was separate from the pool. The lobby was huge and had plenty of comfortable chairs to relax in. it was a fantastic stay for those wanting to be close to the beach.

Felt more than at home, no reason to complain.

Lovely Christmas decorations and good location close to shops and restaurants. the walk-in shower in the room was great and the balcony had a good view.

The child's pool was usually occupied by adults who were annoyed by having children in the area. the pool bar staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and the food and drink service at the bar was slow.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right on the beach, giving us the best of both worlds. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and lovely rooms that had amazing sea views. The breakfast had a good choice of food and the pools were also very enjoyable.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the friendly staff. Throughout our stay, the cleaning staff consistently greeted us with a smile and a cheerful "good morning" or "good day". The restaurant was well-managed and efficiently organized. The variety and quality of food for both breakfast and dinner were exceptional. The location of the hotel was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and the beach close by. The rooms were comfortable and the overall experience was pleasant.

The staff, particularly Christian, were friendly, helpful, and remembered our names. The food in the restaurant was delicious and there was a wide range of options. The pools were clean and inviting, and there were plenty of sunbeds available. The food was absolutely fantastic with a huge selection to choose from. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment shows. Despite some minor drawbacks like the dated decor and limited food options at breakfast, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
