Great location, close to the center, but on a quiet street. We had a room with a lovely terrace and a super comfy bed.

Indifferent staff at check-in and check-out. the junior suite was not worth the extra money, with an impractical sitting room and a bathroom in need of decoration.

We had a great time at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, situated in a narrow street just a few blocks from the main attractions like the cathedral and the Alcazar. We were able to easily explore the tiny streets with little bars, good restaurants, and shops. The wonderful cathedral and Alcazar were just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with on-point tips about places to visit and helping us with our departure arrangements. We also enjoyed the lovely attention we received on my birthday, with balloons placed in our room.

Had a fantastic Easter break with great accommodation. the hotel was ideally located, making it easy to explore the city centre. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the comfortable bed was just what we needed after a long day of walking. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
