My recent stay at Vincci was fantastic! I stayed for a few days and the room was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely city view and beautiful bathroom fixtures. The desk team provided exceptional service, going above and beyond. They even left little Christmas treats on Christmas day, which was such a thoughtful touch. I want to give a special thanks to Ainara at the front desk for helping me find and reserve PCR testing when most places were closed. The hotel's location is great, with easy access to tourist areas via buses. There are also some amazing restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly, making it a perfect hotel choice. The interior decoration adds a quirky touch that I really appreciate. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved my Christmas stay! the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including local specialties. the rooftop terrace was amazing, providing stunning views of the city. the location was also perfect - right by the bus stop and close to many popular attractions.

The room I stayed in was a bit disappointing. the interior smelled damp and the thermostat was locked so I couldn't change the temperature.
