I recently stayed at Vincci and had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Retiro park, Corte Inglés, and shopping streets. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and nice design. The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh and delicious options. The restaurant meals were beautifully presented and the staff was helpful in suggesting lighter options. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist. it was a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped hotel.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area, right next to Goya train station, which made it very convenient for us to explore the city. We were also thrilled to find out that it is close to Retiro Park, a perfect place for our kids to run around and enjoy themselves. The hotel room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices.

There were some noise issues from adjacent rooms, which affected our sleep at night.

Great location, close to metro station, supermarket, and good restaurants. Easy access to museums and Retiro Park. Friendly staff, clean and quiet room. Recommended for solo travelers.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay at Vincci. The breakfast was excellent and we appreciated the gluten and wheat-free alternatives. The location in Goya was perfect, with Plaza de Colon and El Corte Ingles nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and modern. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and the daily replenishment of beverages in the mini fridge. The wifi connection and chrome cast option for the TV were a great bonus. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the Vincci staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our time here. the location is excellent, with a central neighborhood and easy access to the Goya metro station. Our room was comfortable, with different pillow options to suit our preferences. the hotel design is beautiful and the pleasant scent in the reception area added a nice touch. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including plenty of choices for vegetarians.

The breakfast spread offered a variety of fresh meats, cheeses, fruits, eggs, coffee. The hotel staff were attentive and the facilities were well-maintained.

Staying in this place was a great experience. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of the city center and with a metro station just in front of the hotel. The staff was always prompt to help, and the room service was impeccable. There were plenty of amenities available, such as car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire. The in-room features were amazing too, including a mini-bar, sitting area, and in-room safe. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the bar/lounge area; the staff was friendly and attentive.

It's close to everything, and we were able to walk to most places. the highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast served by the polite staff. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice design. the bed and pillows were especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the bathroom was also clean and well-sized.

The location was perfect, close to the Goya metro station and in a great neighborhood. The price was reasonable and the room was spacious. The bathroom had a big shower and the water pressure was great. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows to choose from.

The hotel's location is ideal for travel as it's within walking distance of the subway station and the Corte Inglese department store. Atocha station is also nearby so getting around is easy. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms modern and breakfast offers a good selection of items to choose from.
