The value for money at Zafiro was excellent, especially considering it was towards the end of the season. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was great, being close to the beach and within walking distance of everything. The staff were kind and always ready to help with any questions.

The gym air conditioning wasn't working and only opened at 10am, which was later than I would have liked.

Spent Easter at a hotel recently and had a lovely experience. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to help us. the location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. the food was also exceptional, with a wide variety of options every day.

That the rooms were a bit cramped for our liking. We had requested a double room, but ended up with two twin beds pushed together which made it uncomfortable at night.
