Clean and quiet rooms. Bunk bed offers privacy. Helpful staff with good English. Delayed bags handled well. Modern room with balcony. Good location for shopping. Safe and nice shower. Well-maintained apartments. Excellent location, no noise at night. Easy check-in and getting around. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Welcoming team. Looked after during stay.

I felt like a VIP with the concierge service and tour desk! The free WiFi was as reliable as my ex-boyfriend, but at least the express check-in and check-out were fast. And oh, the paid airport shuttle service was totally worth the splurge.

The bathroom was so spacious, I almost had to take a taxi to get from the sink to the toilet.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at a great little place called Woohoo Rooms Fuencarral. the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything! the room was even better than we expected, spacious and impeccably clean. the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep, and despite being in a central location, it was surprisingly quiet at night. the staff were extremely helpful, providing us with instructions and even a welcome message before we arrived. a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again if we return to the city.

The location of the property was amazing, right in the heart of everything. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of four. Despite the small sign on the building, it added a sense of intrigue to our stay.

the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of a bustling pedestrian street, close to the metro, restaurants, and shops. the staff was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early after a long flight. the room itself was stylish, clean, and very comfortable, with an extra little room for the kids that they loved. Despite being in a central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. If we ever visit Madrid again, we will definitely choose to stay at Woohoo Rooms.
