The pool was clean, deep, and spacious. There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available for free. The hotel is located on the main street and only 150 meters away from the beach. It is conveniently close to a food shop, souvenir shops, bus stops, bars, and restaurants. The receptionists were courteous and there is a luggage room for early check-in or late check-out. The towels provided were white, nice, and clean.

stayed in san antonio before, but palm star ibiza was next level. clean, tidy, and exactly what you need after a night of partying. friendly staff, amazing pool area, and close to shops and bars. poolside food and drinks were on point too. can't wait to come back!

air con didn't work

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, being very close to the water taxi which was really convenient. The hotel facilities were great, especially the stunning pool area that was well maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly Pedro who was amazing and helped us when we arrived distressed. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with lots of space for our group. this hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this city.

We just returned from a 4-night stay at Palm Star Ibiza - Adults Only. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious and beautifully refurbished, with comfortable mattresses. The pool area was stunning, and the food and drinks were reasonably priced. The staff, including Ruth, Frank, and Geo. They went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be returning to Palm Star. Thank you for an amazing experience!

The hotel was simply fantastic, we were a group of 6 friends staying for 4 nights. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. They were cleaned and towels changed every day. The pool and bar area is stunning, with a DJ playing all day, waiter service to your sun lounger, and excellent food. The staff absolutely make this hotel, they are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist you. Well done Palm Star, a great value hotel done right. We will definitely be back!

the pool area was clean and child-friendly, although it seems that the hotel has changed some rules recently. the food served at the pool was delicious and reasonably priced. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to San Antonio without being disturbed by the noise. the apartments were spacious and well-equipped, with a nice balcony. the swimming pool was lovely and well-maintained. the staff were friendly and the amenities were good, including a luggage room and air conditioning. it was a pleasant experience.
