Wow, Zafiro Palace Andratx is massive! The gardens are huge and the pools are plentiful. The food is delicious, especially at the Italian, Japanese, and Mediterranean restaurants. Great for golfers and kids. Free WiFi, too.

So sad, the service at Zafiro Palace Andratx was as cold as the indoor pool. I had to beg for coffee at breakfast and wait forever for drinks.

My xmas vacation was amazing! The two things that I loved the most were the endless drinks and great food. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the lovely beach and town. Plus, the app for room service and reservations was very convenient, and I could direct-message the front desk about anything.

There were a few things that could have been better. The pool times were very limited, opening at 10 am and closing at 6 pm, which seemed strange. Also, the closest beach was not very interesting. Lastly, the management took a long time to respond to our emails, and we were overcharged for an extra night, which has not yet been refunded.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with luxurious amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, and a spa centre. I especially loved the heated swimming pool and sun terrace, which were perfect for relaxation. The restaurant served a delicious dinner and buffet breakfast with a variety of options, including special diet menus. The private facilities were exclusive and the room was comfortable, providing a wonderful experience.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of live entertainment and beach umbrellas. However, the beach access was within walking distance and the garden area provided a peaceful atmosphere.

had a fantastic stay at a luxury resort in camp de mar. zafiro exceeded expectations with amazing staff, great facilities, and spacious rooms. the french therapist gave a sensational massage in the spa. highly recommend!

Poor service levels in some areas.

Spacious rooms, delicious food, beautiful views, and helpful staff. Lots of pools and sunbeds. Close to the beach. Loved it!

Only one thing to complain about: the bottled water wasn't available all day, and the adults-only pool was missing. Otherwise, perfection!
