We got amazing value for our money at 33 Lake Terrace! The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the location by the lake was so peaceful. The staff treated us like royalty, ensuring our every need was met.

Its location is ideal, with a beautiful lake nearby offering a traditional fishing experience, and the beach just a short shuttle ride away. the infinity pool overlooking the lake is an absolute treat. the friendly staff and impeccable service make you feel right at home.

There is honestly nothing to dislike about this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we had the most wonderful experience during our city trip.

Staying at this hotel was an incredible luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided were just what I needed for a relaxing vacation. the Spa & wellness centre was impressive with a range of massage treatments and a great variety of wellness activities. the stunning infinity pool and the sun terrace surrounded by the beautiful garden created the perfect serene atmosphere. Delicious food was served at the restaurant with an outdoor dining area and poolside snack bar. the venue's location advantage was amazing, just a shuttle ride away from the beach.

The only minor issue I had was with the television in my room. Although the leisure/ TV room was available, I would have preferred to watch TV in the privacy of my room, but the channel selection was limited.

The design of this place is inspired by the local eco systems and crafts. The lake and infinity pool are stunning. The staff organize transport to the nearby beach. It is an ideal place for rest and relaxation. Will definitely come again for a longer stay.

During my stay at 33 Lake Terrace, I was blown away by the stunning views and impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with convenient power plug placements and a full-length mirror. The highlight, however, was the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. They were warm, professional, and always willing to help. The personalized service truly made me feel at home.

Although the drains in the shower overfilled quickly, it wasn't a major issue. Additionally, there may not be a lot to do in the immediate local area, but with the hotel's exceptional amenities, it didn't bother me at all.
