Excellent service, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, great location. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

I had a relaxing stay at Amaranthe Bay Resort & Spa. The hotel is clean and the staff were super friendly. I booked a Junior Suite with a Jacuzzi and it was out of the ordinary. The general look and feel of the hotel is great. The location is wonderful, sitting on the banks of a sea inlet with beautiful wildlife. The swimming pool was well maintained and a pleasure to relax in, with some trees providing shade. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the beach. I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

We had a spacious and clean Junior Suite with a private jacuzzi and a view of the pool area. The pool was a great place to relax. The sunsets by the bay were beautiful. Sheron at the reception was amazing and quickly resolved any issues. The hotel offered complimentary bicycles, which were very handy. The staff were always pleasant, helpful, and had smiles on their faces.

Felt like home, no complaints whatsoever.

Amaranthe Bay Resort & Spa offers a great location close to many great sightseeing spots, with many small restaurants to explore which were all fantastic. The resort is nestled on a lagoon, providing beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, it is just a short walk to the nearby beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with dreamy beds and pillows. The staff provides extraordinary service, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience.

The resort unfortunately does not have a gym or fitness room.

Spent Christmas break at this superb hotel. the junior suite room was amazing, offering breathtaking views of a river and come with a luxurious jacuzzi. Excellent location, only 5-minute walk to the beach and enjoyable on-site activities such as kayaking. Friendly staff was always eager to assist and made the stay enjoyable.

Breakfast cost was not included and priced too high compared to the overall stay cost. As a result, it did not seem like a good value for money.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing and luxurious experience that exceeded our expectations. the exceptional service provided by the friendly staff made us feel pampered and special during our entire stay. the Spa & wellness center fully fulfilled our needs for relaxation, offering a variety of exclusive amenities such as sauna, full body massage, and beauty treatments.

In the dinning area, dinner was not up to the same standard as the breakfast menu. There was only one minor issue with our room, the cable TV service was not working properly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic resort in Sri Lanka. the staff at this hidden gem were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my experience truly memorable. the resort itself was a relaxing oasis, with breathtaking views and excellent food. the room with a jacuzzi was a luxurious touch, and the overall amenities were top-notch. I can confidently say that this is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at in Sri Lanka.
