I stayed at a lovely home stay in Tangalle called Ananda. The host, Ramani, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made delicious breakfasts and was always available to provide recommendations or just have a chat. The rooms were rustic but comfortable, and the location was perfect, right near the beach. Ramani even helped us organize excursions during our stay. we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Ananda Home Stay exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The beachfront location was a dream, with all the amenities we needed within walking distance. The hosts were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping with a phone delivery. The cleanliness of the house was exceptional, and sitting on the terrace, watching exotic birds and listening to the waves, was pure bliss. The highlight was the delicious breakfast and the cooking class with Ananda, which made us feel like we were cooking in a true home-style kitchen. We highly recommend this place!
