The location of this hotel is not ideal if you want to visit the main attractions of the Dambulla area. It is far away from the attractions and the bus station in Dambulla where we wanted to catch the bus to Polonnaruwa. However, if you prefer a peaceful setting, this hotel is situated by a small stream, providing a serene atmosphere.

The hotel does not have good wifi in the rooms, forcing guests to go to the lobby for internet access.

I stayed at this beautiful hotel for a weekend getaway, and it was perfect! The hotel is nestled among lush greenery and trees next to a peaceful river, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The room I had, 108, had a lovely balcony overlooking a small stream where I saw monkeys throughout the day. The room was spacious, clean, and had high ceilings. The staff at Arika Villa were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and accommodating. They made my stay truly memorable. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the small pool in the courtyard was perfect for unwinding.

The room at Arika Villa was spacious and beautifully designed. The ambience of the hotel was tranquil and peaceful, providing a sanctuary-like experience. The clean and clear swimming pool was a great addition. The breakfast and dinner offered gourmet quality and were excellent value for money. The staff was welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The location was ideal, close to various sites like the cave temples and Sigiriya. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Upon arriving at this hotel, we were immediately impressed by the luxurious amenities provided. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and inviting, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas for ultimate relaxation. We also enjoyed spending time in the garden area, which was well-maintained and provided stunning views. The restaurant on-site served delicious dinner options with special diet menus available upon request. Additionally, our room was equipped with private facilities, making our stay feel even more exclusive.

The only minor issue we experienced was a lack of outdoor dining area or picnic tables available for use. While the packed lunches provided were tasty, we would have enjoyed the option to dine al fresco and take in the beautiful surroundings.

We stayed at a hotel during Easter and it was a perfect base to explore the nearby attractions. The hotel has a beautiful pool and comfortable rooms with balconies overlooking the stunning nature around. We loved waking up to the sight of monkeys and squirrels playing around. The hotel also had a good restaurant serving delicious food with reasonable prices.

The hotel is located away from the town with loud music playing nearby and some construction noise. We also wished the staff were a bit more attentive and pro-active in offering drinks and other services at the pool.
