I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel right on the beach at the end of Weligama Bay. The location was perfect, with a nice quiet beach where I enjoyed a few relaxing moments. When I wanted a bit more action, I hopped on a cheap tuk tuk to the busier Mirissa beach, just a few minutes away.

We loved being right by the beach, which was free of crowds and perfect for relaxing. the hotel also had easy access to surf spots, which we enjoyed trying out. the staff were very welcoming and accommodating, making us feel at home in a new place.

The Wi-Fi was often weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. the water in the rooms had inconsistent temperatures - too hot or too cold - which was quite inconvenient.

The price paid for our stay at Aussie Swiss was definitely worth it, considering the value we received. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The location right on the beach was perfect, allowing us to fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves.
