We loved that the room was equipped with a powerful air-conditioning unit that provided a comfortable and cool environment. Spent my new year holiday sharing good times with amazing people and having fun under the tropical heat. the beach was just a stone's throw away from the hotel, walking distance to some great restaurants, and the hotel staff was always ready to assist whenever we needed a taxi or surfboard rental. the breakfast was really tasty and abundant, including fresh fruits and a variety of options for both Western and Sri Lankan tastes. Can't forget the cozy seating area outside the room, perfect for relaxation after a day of surfing.

The Wi-Fi connection was not really up to the mark, a bit sluggish and inconsistent at times. the bedroom was a bit dimly lit and, while being deep in the tropical region, there were some insects present in the bathroom.

The breakfast each morning was delicious and varied, providing a great start to our day. Mr. Iqbal was a great help in explaining the bus connections to our next destination and even arranged scooter rental for us. The front patio was a lovely spot to relax, surrounded by plants and with a hammock to unwind in. We found some amazing and affordable restaurants nearby, making it convenient to enjoy local food. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Bay Dreams Beach Home for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

They arranged a fantastic surfing lesson and a safari to the lagoon for me. The chill out area right outside my room was a highlight, perfect for relaxing. The Sri Lankan breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, despite the bathroom being a bit outdated. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful beachside getaway.
