Felt almost like at home, nothing to complain about.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was just in front of the beautiful beach. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to check into our room early and even giving us a room to use on the day we left. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near some nice local restaurants, making it easy to explore the culinary offerings of this city.

Great atmosphere, awesome food, and convenient location by the beach. The common area is a mix of picnic tables, hammocks, and trees, making it a perfect spot to hang out. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with mosquito nets. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Beach Hut. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to other restaurants. The huts were small but comfortable, with natural ventilation at night. The open outside shower was a unique and enjoyable experience. The food at Beach Hut was incredibly tasty and well-priced, especially for Arugam Bay. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially Nuwan who served us a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. It was a great spot for solo budget travelers, and we even extended our stay because we kept meeting interesting people.

The beachfront location was amazing, with stunning views and easy access to the beach for activities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious, especially the BBQ fish. The manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome and entertained us in the evenings. the atmosphere of the hotel was lively and enjoyable.

The distance from the city center was quite far, around 2kms, which made it inconvenient to access other amenities. Additionally, the beach view from the hotel was not as good as expected, and beach access required a short walk rather than being right outside the hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the charming beach huts, shady resting spots, and abundance of hammocks. The food, cooked with love, was absolutely mind-blowing, especially the homemade curd. The communal dinner created a true sense of community and drew people together. The fast and reliable internet was a huge plus, and the low prices made my wallet super happy. The staff were amazing, especially Kuna, who was not only a caring manager but also a party beast at night. The location by the beach was just jaw-dropping. my stay was fantastic, with the only downside being a squirrel snatching my banana.

The staff's forgetfulness added excitement to my stay, constantly surprising me with smaller bedsheets and no trash bin. And who needs a window when you can't see the beautiful sea view other people got for less money?

Such a shame they didn't clean the bathroom in my 5-day stay. But hey, who needs cleanliness in a wild, sandy area?
