The room at Bilin Tree House was incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. We felt instantly relaxed and at ease when we entered. The pool area was a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious dishes that catered to both Sri Lankan and English tastes. The staff, especially Madusha and Indika, were attentive, friendly, and always had a smile on their faces. The attention to detail and care shown by the staff made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend Bilin Tree House for a relaxing and memorable stay.

The hotel had a good breakfast and friendly staff. the pool was a great size and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Plus, the location was convenient to the beach and nearby restaurants.

Communication with the staff could have been smoother and some parts of the room were not as clean as expected. There was a mildew odor coming from the bathroom and the furniture was outdated.
