omg, the rooms with the gorgeous balcony were amazing! i felt like a queen with the kingsize bed and the huge balcony. But, downside - no breakfast included.

I recently stayed at a charming bed & breakfast in Galle and had a fantastic experience. The staff at Brixia Cafe & Guest were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was perfect - clean, comfortable, and equipped with a beautiful spacious bathroom. The breakfast spread provided by the guesthouse was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. The location of the bed & breakfast was also convenient, just a short 10-minute walk to Galle Fort. I highly recommend Brixia Cafe & Guest Bed & Breakfast for a delightful stay in Galle.

I got great value for my money at this hidden gem of a hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to see, and the staff treated me like a VIP guest.

One thing that could have made the morning meal even better was if they had a wider variety of options to choose from.

our second stay in galle was made even better by a delightful surprise - Brixia cafe & guest exceeded our expectations. The clean, modern room with a cozy balcony was perfect, and the friendly host served the most delicious breakfast and coffee. We felt so comfortable and had a great time exploring the nearby restaurants and the famous fort. Can't wait to come back!

Wifi was a letdown.

Renovated structure, attention to detail, spacious and clean rooms, helpful couple managing the place, good location near the fort. Superb breakfast with Italian coffee. Friendly owners and staff. Stylish accommodation. Nearby attractions. Budget-friendly option outside the fort, within walking distance to all sights and transportation. Beautiful Italian fixtures and private balconies in rooms.

The rooms were clean, airy, and well-lit which made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a continental fare with freshly cut fruits, toast bread, sausages, and coffee. The attentive staff ensured that everything was served meticulously, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was convenient, being situated in the city and having a balcony opening to surrounding buildings.

There was a limited supply of hot water, which could pose an inconvenience if multiple people wanted to shower consecutively. the hotel did not provide any toiletries, such as shower gel or shampoo, which was a minor inconvenience.

Desirable downtown location, peaceful ambiance. Dedicated owner goes out of his way to assist. A hidden gem in Galle.
