The staff is amazing, friendly, and accommodating. The room was perfect and had everything we needed. The hotel is beautiful with a great pool and garden. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the seafood. The service was beyond hospitality and made our stay special.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the excellent staff at this hotel. The breakfast was exceptional, and the variety of restaurants offered plenty of options. The pool area was great for relaxing, and the WiFi and air conditioning in the rooms were top-notch.

I had an amazing time staying at a hotel by the ocean with stunning views. The location was ideal, with a long reef that made the waves gentle and perfect for swimming. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and soft sheets. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel had beautiful gardens where you could relax and enjoy a drink.

Some of the staff could benefit from additional training to improve their service.

Wow! My Christmas break was amazing! I loved the wonderful attention to detail and the welcoming staff. They had complimentary drinks on arrival and a Christmas gift! the location was awesome, just a short stroll to the beach and a quick drive to attractions. My room was spacious with great views and comfy bed!

The swimming pool was a bit overcrowded and the towels were often out of stock. However, this was not a deal breaker as I enjoyed everything else this hotel had to offer.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities which fulfilled all our needs. the service was impeccable, especially at the Spa & wellness centre, where we enjoyed the Sauna and Massage treatments. the Outdoor swimming pool with Sun loungers had a stunning Beachfront view and easy Beach access. We also appreciated the private facilities of our room, including the Steam room and Entertainment options. BBQ facilities and Outdoor dining area created an exciting atmosphere. Cons: the Garden area was a bit overcrowded, so we did not find enough space to relax there.

During our stay at Cinnamon Bey, we enjoyed the terrific value for money and spacious rooms. The pool was fantastic, especially for children with its ideal depth. The well-appointed kids area and dedicated pool for younger children were also a hit. The hotel grounds were lovely, with plenty of areas and sun beds to relax on. The buffet breakfast was extensive and the range of restaurants was excellent, offering delicious food. I would highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous stay.

had an excellent weekend trip to beruwala and cinnamon truly exceeded my expectations! loved the gorgeous rooms with sea views and the variety of breakfast options. the staff, especially kumudu, were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. the pool was a perfect spot to relax for hours. highly recommended!
