The food was absolutely mind-blowing, with an extensive buffet offering something for every taste. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and a fabulous hot shower. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, even calling our driver to inform us that we had left our visa card behind. The location was superb, with the Mahaveli river running alongside the hotel. The facilities were great, including a nice pool and various dining options. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. an exceptional experience that we would definitely repeat next time we're in town.

The hotel offered complimentary drinks and snacks upon our arrival, which was a nice gesture. the location by the river and surrounded by jungle was beautiful and peaceful. the pool area had a nice view and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The safety of the pool area was a concern as it was exposed and had large drops. the baby chairs provided did not have straps which was not acceptable.

The rooms are spacious, equipped with modern amenities like ironing facilities, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The staff here is outstanding - always willing to help with a warm smile on their face, making sure you feel at home. The leisure swimming pool, sun terrace, and garden area are perfect spots for relaxation. Additionally, the food is delicious with a range of options available.

This venue is not located in the city center, but the calming ambiance on the banks of Sri Lanka's largest river more than compensates for the distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to families - it's ideal for a peaceful getaway.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the facilities at the hotel. The rooms were cool, comfortable, and clean, providing a great environment for work and relaxation. The pool area was absolutely sensational, offering a refreshing break from our busy schedules. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist us, making our stay truly wonderful. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of delicious Eastern food options, including one of the best breakfasts we've had in Sri Lanka. this was a great place for a serene getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The a la carte restaurant-Café C is located in the only public area of the hotel from 6 pm. This central location is convenient for guests who want to grab a bite and not venture too far. Additionally, being located on the hill, the restaurant offers a stunning view of the surrounding landscape, adding to the dining experience. Guests can enjoy their meals while taking in the breathtaking scenery.

We had such a delightful stay at this hotel, thanks to the lovely breakfast with a wide variety of options. The swimming pool was the perfect size and felt very safe. The staff was incredibly friendly, going above and beyond by making a custom pancake for my child. The rooms were luxurious and the entire hotel was impeccably clean. With ample car parking available, everything about our stay was wonderful.
