We had a great time at Citrus Waskaduwa! The room setup and amenities were perfect for our needs. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the beach. The staff, especially Abirami at the front office, were extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Despite a few minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel.

During my Xmas vacay, the hotel provided a complementary pick-up and a discount on the spa services which I availed. the location was close to a nice beach, and we enjoyed taking long walks along the shore. the staff was helpful in arranging a day trip to a nearby tourist attraction.

The rooms were not clean and lacked basic facilities like towels. the food was mediocre and lacked variety.

The spa was heavenly, with skilled therapists and a wide range of treatments. The pool bar was convenient for drinks by the pool, after a tiring day of exploring. The staff's famous smile was welcoming.

The coffee shop was a bit plain, just serving snacks and beverages.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the slow service at the check-in desk. Nonetheless, the hotel staff was friendly throughout our stay.
