A Pleasant Surprise

We arrived at Clock Inn late in the evening and were greeted with warm smiles from the staff. They quickly checked us in and even offered to carry our luggage to the room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with no signs of any stains or dirt. We were pleased to find that the windows faced away from the main road, making our stay peaceful and quiet. The location of the hotel was also ideal, allowing us easy access to trains, tuktuks, taxis, and buses. Although the breakfast could have been better, there were plenty of nearby options for a satisfying meal. we had a pleasant experience at Clock Inn and would recommend it to others.

The rooms can feel a bit stuffy as they are small and rely on air conditioning for circulation of air.

We stayed at Clock Inn for 2 nights and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and assisting with our lost baggage. The typical hostel atmosphere created by this inn made me fall in love with traveling all over again. The communal kitchen and lounge space had quirky decor that added charm to the property.

Oh, and let's not forget the limited "freebies" like breakfast spreads, tea, and coffee. Wow, how generous!

As business guests, we appreciated the secure lockers, power outlets, and reading lights in the 4 bed dorm. The staff were attentive and provided helpful information, and the light breakfast was a nice touch.

Felt very well looked after, no complaints.
