We stayed at the 100 View Cottage in Ella for 3 nights and it was a fantastic choice. the owner, Ishan, was incredibly kind and helpful. He took us to the train station in his tuk-tuk and showed us the shortcuts for the hikes to Ella Rock, 9 Arch Bridge, and Adams Peak. the location of the cottage was perfect for these hikes, as it was close to the railway line. the communication with Ishan was excellent. the breakfast served on the balcony overlooking the peaceful hills and jungle was delicious. the rooms were comfortable and the views were breathtaking. If you enjoy peace, nature, and hiking, this is the place for you.

We had an amazing stay at the 100 View Cottage in Ella. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful mountains and a waterfall right outside our window. The family who owns the cottage was incredibly friendly and helpful, even taking us to the Lipton viewpoint when there were no tuktuks available. The breakfast served on our balcony was delicious, and we were even given rides to the city center whenever we needed. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Staying here was truly a memorable experience in Sri Lanka. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional views, warm hospitality, and perfect location for hiking Ella Rock.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hidden gem of a hotel in Sri Lanka. The location of 100 View Cottage is perfect, situated conveniently close to all the attractions in Ella. It felt like staying in a cozy villa, providing a sense of home away from home. The management and staff were incredibly welcoming and gracious, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We especially enjoyed the delicious Sri Lankan breakfast, which was the best we've had during our trip. The manager even dropped us off at a restaurant for dinner. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a beautiful waterfall, Ella Rock, and Little Adams Peak all visible from our porch. The cottage is family-owned and run, giving it a warm and authentic touch. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel facilities were excellent, including a spacious and clean room with great amenities like a mini fridge and kettle. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, offering a tuk tuk service and providing helpful advice for our tours. The breakfast served on our personal balcony was delicious and the location was peaceful and tranquil. We felt safe walking to and from the hotel, even at night. Highly recommended!
