The owner of the hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was unforgettable. They offered to personally shop for items I needed, cooked me a delicious dinner, and were genuinely wonderful people. The views from my balcony were absolutely breathtaking. I cannot speak highly enough of Ella River Front. I highly recommend this hotel.

The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking panorama of Ella Rock, Little Adam's Peak, and the surrounding waterfalls. Being surrounded by nature, with lush green trees and even a waterfall, made for a truly relaxing stay. the breakfast provided was not only delicious but also the best we had in Sri Lanka. the room was clean, well-equipped, and had a nice bathroom. the owners were incredibly nice and helpful, providing us with maps and arranging transportation for us. the location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the city center.

Two of the rooms we booked were smaller and had issues with ants and cobwebs in the toilets, which was a bit disappointing. there was no coffee provided, despite there being a coffee pot in the room.
