I recently stayed at a charming resort in Kandy and had a fantastic experience. The reception and restaurant area were lovely, and the pool offered breathtaking views of the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and had a serene mountain view. The rain shower was a lovely touch and always provided hot water. The resort provided great toiletries and even included extras that you might need while on holiday. They also supplied bottled water daily and had a fridge in the room. The staff were always ready to assist, whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations. The pool was a highlight, with towels placed on the sunbeds for convenience.

I must say, Fox Kandy By Fox Resorts exceeded all of our expectations during our recent stay. The breathtaking view from the restaurant and rooms left us in awe. The cleanliness of the rooms, utensils, bathroom, and restaurant was impeccable. The staff, particularly Abey in the restaurant and Gobei the housekeeper, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The delicious and generously portioned food in the restaurant was a delight. And let's not forget the refreshing pool with its picturesque view, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The location was slightly secluded, but it added to the charm and tranquility of the place. Our room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed, and the staff provided excellent service, even going so far as to assist us in getting tickets and taxis. The views from the infinity pool were breathtaking, and the restaurant served delicious food. We also appreciated the little details, such as the gardener helping us with our bags. a fantastic experience.

The only minor downside was that the walls were a bit thin, which allowed for some noise from neighboring rooms.

As friends who enjoy going out at night, we loved the amazing views from the hotel and the beautiful swimming pool. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The buffet breakfast and dinner were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options. The location of the hotel was perfect - private and away from the rush of the city, but still easily accessible.

The hotel had a stunning view from the balcony and it was amazing to see the scenic beauty. Staff were very friendly and provided early check-in which was a bonus. Complimentary pool and varied breakfast made for a relaxing morning.

The price of buffet dinners was slightly high in comparison with the limited variety.

Fox Kandy offers great facilities, including a nice pool and comfortable rooms. The location is beautiful and the staff interactions have been amazing. The food is very good and the breakfast has plenty of tasty options. The view from the hotel's pool is stunning. The waiters, Lahiru and Budidika, were friendly and the chef, Dinesh, was actively ensuring the quality of the food and even offered us traditional dishes.

Everything is what i need and want.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel nestled in the hills above a charming city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the sunrise above the mist and clouds. The staff was outstanding, always smiling and anticipating our needs. The wide selection of food at mealtimes was a delight, and the service was top-notch. We loved relaxing in the unique swimming pool surrounded by nature. It was the perfect escape from the chaos of the city.

We did encounter a few natural pests in our room, such as lizards and centipedes, but the staff promptly removed them.

Staying here was an incredible experience. This hotel is filled with luxurious amenities that fulfilled all my needs. The private facilities were superb - especially the pool with a view - and the sun terrace was perfect for relaxing. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring personalized in-room breakfast and special diet menus. The restaurant was excellent, serving top quality food. The garden area was well-kept and added extra charm to the venue.

Although my stay here was amazing, the only negative aspect was the location. It was difficult to find and approach this hotel due to the rough narrow village road leading to it.
