We stayed at Gaga Bees Yala Villa and had a wonderful experience. the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. They even allowed us to choose a dinner from the menu and took our bags to our room while we enjoyed our meal. We were also given a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. the room itself was lovely, with beautiful decor and all the necessary amenities such as a mosquito net, hairdryer, and kettle. the bed was comfortable, and we had both a ceiling fan and air conditioning to keep us cool. the hotel even arranged a packed lunch for us when we went on an early morning safari. We spent the rest of our day by the pool, which had stunning views of the surrounding hills. Gaga Bees Yala Villa is a great choice for a short stay near the national parks.

We had a wonderful stay at Gaga Bees Yala Villa. the views from the property were absolutely gorgeous, and the hotel itself was amazing. Our room had a rustic charm, although it may have been slightly less comfortable than expected. the highlight for us was the fantastic pool, which used fresh water and was a welcome relief from the freezing pools we encountered at other hotels. the resort had a beautiful "Africa feel" and the kids loved playing in the pool and garden. We also enjoyed seeing the farmers working in the nearby rice fields. At night, the resort was adorned with candles, creating a truly beautiful ambiance. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting us with organizing various activities. They even provided free refills for our water bottles. it was a memorable and enjoyable experience.

As a tourist, I loved the rustic cabins and the excellent layout of the entire site at Gaga Bees. The staff was welcoming and engaging, and the owner and his wife were delightful. The homemade dinner and breakfast using fresh ingredients were a highlight, and the pool was clean and perfect for a refreshing dip. The location, nestled between paddy fields and lush greenery, made it a great getaway from the busy city.

The property has stunning views and the hotel itself is absolutely amazing. the room, although a bit rustic in terms of comfort, was still cozy. the eco resort concept was a pleasant surprise, and I thoroughly enjoyed the "Africa feel" of the hotel. the pool was definitely the highlight for me, as it was one of the few that used fresh water and was actually warm. the staff were friendly and eager to assist, especially in organizing safari tours and transfers. a great place to relax and unwind after a morning at Yala.

Room key mishap caused inconvenience.

I recently stayed at a beautiful villa in Tissamaharama and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable and the pool was a great way to relax. One morning, as I enjoyed my breakfast, I caught sight of a peacock strutting its feathers right outside my room. The staff at Gaga Bees Yala were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us. They even organized tuktuks for us to explore the area. Although the hotel didn't have a variety of nearby dining options, the hotel restaurant served delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Tissamaharama.

the villa I stayed in had a stunning view of a large field, and there was even a pond next to it filled with turtles. the pool was gorgeous, and the food and service were excellent. the staff were very helpful in organizing our safari, and we had the park to ourselves during the full-day trip. the mud huts were comfortable, and finding a few creepy crawlies added to the glamping experience. the pool was the perfect way to cool off after a day on safari.
