Comfortable and cozy

We had a very comfortable and cozy stay at a charming hotel in a great location. The British era architecture and historic room decor were absolutely beautiful. The bar was a delightful place to unwind in the evenings. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The property also had a lovely garden and in-house board games for entertainment. The hotel was conveniently close to the Nuwara Eliya market, making it easy for us to explore the area. The food was good, although there were limited options for vegetarians. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great breakfast with a variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby and easy access to the central market and golf course.

The room was very noisy and didn't look like the pictures shown. The bathroom had a strong smell of drains and the toilet leaked water onto the floor.

Cute British cottage-style with lively pub, great location near the Grand Hotel. Decorated beautifully for Christmas. Rooms are large with cute furnishings, bathrooms are basic but spacious. Kind staff who allowed us to order from the western menu in advance. Good value.

We had a delightful 2-night stay at this charming colonial-era hotel, which was dwarfed by a neighboring large hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. As the hotel had few guests that week, we were pleasantly upgraded to a lovely suite. The bar area was also a wonderful spot for a happy hour drink.

Spent Easter at this charming hotel with my family. the rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfy. the staff were super helpful and friendly, making our stay a true pleasure. We enjoyed some quality time sipping drinks beside the cosy fireplace. the hotel's location was fantastic, really close to the town center and the golf course. Plus, the hotel offered a delicious Chinese dinner.

Some of the hotel's facilities were showing their age a bit, such as the bathroom fittings. However, this did not detract from our wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, with a massive and very comfortable bed that could easily fit three people. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a bathtub in our room which was perfect for the cold weather. The hotel pub was cute and offered great cocktails. The location was fantastic, tucked away from the busy main road but still within walking distance of the city's main attractions. We especially enjoyed the convenient food court and small store across the road, as well as the coffee shop nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
