Our stay at this incredible hotel was simply mind-blowing! Even the standard rooms were equipped with all the facilities one could dream of, including bathrobes and slippers. The pools were super clean and huge, perfect for a refreshing swim. The food was absolutely jaw-dropping, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, especially the morning buffet which was simply superb. The hotel's commitment to the environment was evident, as they have maintained the natural pathways and trees, creating a peaceful and scenic environment. The staff were attentive and always had a smile on their faces, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's amenities were impressive, from the clean and well-maintained pool to the beautiful beach. We can't wait to return for a vacation and experience the true beauty of this place. I was amazed by the talented housekeeper at this stunning hotel. Each day, he created beautiful towel animals and flowers on our bed. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with guests being able to enjoy both a safari and the stunning beach. The beach is described as spectacular, with clean sands and ample space to relax and play. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options, including seafood such as crabs and prawns. the hotel offers a great experience for families and those with limited mobility.

One small criticism mentioned by a guest is that the shower area in the room they stayed in was a bit small and could benefit from more space.

Location is fantastic, the beach is incredibly beautiful, crystal clear water and soft golden sand, perfect for walks. the food provided for the Christmas dinner was quite good, with a range of dishes. the rooms were quite spacious and the housekeeping kept it clean and tidy.

We had to keep asking for towels and toiletries several times. the staff seemed not to care about the guests, even the most basic tasks were done with reluctance.

We were impressed by the attentive and professional service provided by the staff. the rooms had great advantages, which included a private balcony with breathtaking scenery. the restaurant served delicious food with special diet menus available.

The location is perfect as it is close to the ocean, with easy beach access.
