The rooms were very comfortable with effective AC and great sea views. The hotel had a lovely pool area with a bar and comprehensive amenities. The staff made us feel like royalty and the gym offered a nice view of the garden.

The hotel staff, especially Ms. Ishara at the front desk, were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel also offered great facilities like a pool, gym, and spa. I had a fantastic first-time experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

During our city break, we had a wonderful experience at a hotel in Negombo. the location was fantastic, being close to the beach, which allowed us to enjoy leisurely walks and stunning views of the ocean. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty options to start our day.

While we had a mostly positive experience, there were a few aspects that could have been improved. some of the services were chargeable, which was a bit confusing and inconvenient.

our recent stay in negombo exceeded our expectations. the hotel was perfect for our wedding celebration, with beautiful rooms, a stunning view, and friendly staff. heritance made our stay truly memorable.

I stayed at Heritance for one night before my flight, and I loved it! The massive space and lovely pool were perfect for relaxing before my trip. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nice and well-maintained. The free and speedy wi-fi was a plus, and the gym had good equipment. The breakfast was delicious, and overall the service was excellent. I would stay here without hesitation over and over again. Loved it!

The staff were wonderful and very helpful, even charging my phone when I left my charger in my driver's car. They always made sure I had everything I needed, offering water and extra towels. The pool staff were also friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, with a beautiful sea view from the rooms. The rooms were clean and the hotel is close to restaurants. I would definitely come back to this property when I return to Sri Lanka.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was exceptional, with stunning views over the beach. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, including some delicious local food. We also enjoyed taking a walk in the lovely garden and admiring the sculptures around the hotel.

The noise from the cafes behind the hotel in the evening was a bit bothersome.

We loved the location of the hotel, right by the beach. the view from the balcony was amazing. the pool area was well designed and the water temperature was perfect. We enjoyed the variety in the in-room dining menu. the staff was kind and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised with the complementary fruit basket and drinks offered upon our arrival.

The service in the restaurant was not great and the price for breakfast seemed high. some tiles in the kids' pool were loose, and my son cut his finger.
