The hotel had a breathtaking view and was conveniently located near the city center. the rooms were modern and clean and the bathroom was amazing. the staff was very friendly and enthusiastic and always tried to improve our experience. the pool was lovely and refreshing on hot days.

The hotel was a bit expensive for what it offered, especially the limited breakfast that needed to be chosen from a laminated menu the night before. the pool was a bit too cool for comfort.

I was absolutely blown away by this luxurious 4-star hotel! The room was stunning, with a beautiful balcony that offered breathtaking views. The overall design of the hotel was memorable and unique, creating a truly immersive experience. The staff, especially Janath at reception, went above and beyond to make my stay special. They were incredibly kind, empathetic, and always willing to help. They even prepared a lovely dessert platter for my spouse's 40th birthday celebration. The level of service at this hotel was exceptional, truly making me feel like a valued guest.

I couldn't find any negatives about this hotel. It was such a fantastic stay that I would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway.

I had an amazing stay at Hide Ella Hotel & Resort. The rooms were beautifully designed and had a modern touch. Everywhere in the hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They even cooked for us during a tropical storm! The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the staff gave great recommendations for exploring Ella. I highly recommend this hotel.
