Wonderful views and comfortable rooms. Great location among tea plantations, perfect for a peaceful weekend away. the staff is friendly and welcoming, providing an enjoyable experience.

The restaurant food was not up to par, with inconsistency in the dishes and overly spicy food. some of the amenities, such as Wi-Fi and bug control, need improvement as we encountered a lot of bugs in the room and the unavailable Wi-Fi made it difficult to plan activities.

The hotel is easily accessible with breathtaking views of a tea estate. The rooms and washrooms are tidy and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers delicious food, especially the nasiguran. The owner ensures quality and standard, and even organizes free tours to tea factories and waterfalls. The hotel also has a coffee shop, snooker area, and beautiful balconies with views of the tea fields.

The hotel is a bit far from town and not within walking distance due to the roads and distance.

We had a fabulous stay at Hill Cool Hotel & Restaurant! The view from our room was stunning, with a beautiful tea estate as the backdrop. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The morning view of the surrounding area while sipping a cup of tea was truly refreshing. We also had a delicious breakfast included in our room price, which exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and taste. The staff, especially Mr. Arun, were friendly and made us feel at home. The affordable room price and amazing location made our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and comfortable stay.
