The Database Room at Hotel Cassendra was a pleasant and comfortable stay for women traveling alone. The shared balcony provided a nice space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Breakfast was amazing with two options to choose from that were both delicious. Staff was very helpful and offered assistance with luggage. the hotel was located in a remote area providing a peaceful and beautiful view.

The bathroom did not meet expectations and had an unpleasant smell. the shower had poor water pressure and sprayed water all over the bathroom, making it difficult to use.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quieter part of the city, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and additional amenities such as a kettle and hairdryer. The staff is helpful and accommodating, offering assistance with luggage upon arrival. The breakfast options are delicious, including a choice between a Full English breakfast or traditional Sri Lankan dishes. Additionally, the hotel is just a short walk away from a viewpoint and only a 20-minute walk from the city center.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the bathrooms, as there was a lingering smell of urine and the shower spray was not contained within the designated area.
