The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony that provided a great view. The staff was friendly and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. The location was convenient and close to the main attractions.

There were some insects around the area, but that's quite common in Sri Lanka. The staff's English could have been better, which sometimes caused communication issues.

The breakfast served on the balcony was delicious, and we even got to see the elephants walking by as they returned to their compound. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.
