Refreshing sea breeze on the rooftop. Delicious Sri Lankan food cooked by Jakob and Yvonne. Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Close proximity to the city and Nilaveli beach. Friendly and helpful staff, including tuktuk driver Theepan. Ananas juice at breakfast was delicious. Beautiful road from Sigiriya to Trincomalee. Concerned and accommodating staff

The owner, Tobiko, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He personally arranged a boat trip to Pegeon Island with a knowledgeable guide who provided snorkeling equipment. The next day, Tobiko organized a thrilling dolphin and whale safari. His hospitality and cooking skills were outstanding. I highly recommend this warm-hearted and service-minded hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices of other nearby restaurants. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the Italian design of the rooms to the great bathrooms. The location right by the beach was perfect for watching the fishermen bring in their catch.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

They even helped us book tickets for our travels. the breakfast served was amazing with fresh fruits, toast, and eggs cooked to perfection. the hotel was just a short distance from the beach and restaurants.

There were quite a few bugs in the room which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the laundry service was not up to par as our clothes were still damp when they were returned to us.

The hotel is in a great location right near the beach, where you can watch the fishermen haul in the fish twice a day. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a rich variety of options.
