We had an amazing time staying at a stunning hotel nestled in the hills. The beautiful property provided breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The buffet meals were exceptional, some of the best we had during our trip. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was ideal for those seeking a relaxing getaway, with many walks and activities available. I highly recommend this hotel for a sublime experience.

The location of the hotel was simply breathtaking, nestled between the lush green mountains. the view from our room was definitely the best part, we could see the mountains and the lake. the staff was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our comfort. the food was tasty and we enjoyed trying the local cuisine.

Sadly, our Christmas stay at the hotel was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. the room was not well-maintained, with stains on the carpet and the curtains were outdated.

The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The beautifully maintained gardens and surrounding nature make for a peaceful and tranquil environment.

Arriving in the serene and picturesque location, we were overwhelmed by the luxury that this hotel offers. The room was elegantly designed with exclusive amenities. The service was top-notch, from the warm welcome at the entrance to the seamless check-in process, which even included a personalized greeting card. The outdoor swimming pool was well-maintained, surrounded by a lush garden area, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The food at the restaurant was divine, with a variety of Halal and Kosher options available. We also enjoyed the private facilities, which added exclusivity to our experience.

The only minor issue was that the Spa & Wellness Centre was closed during our stay. However, this did not diminish the luxury experience that this hotel offered.
