The spacious, modern rooms with balconies overlooking the beautiful beach were a real treat. John and his team went above and beyond to make us feel right at home, organizing everything from transportation to a private sunset dinner on the beach. Despite occasional lack of warm water and unstable WiFi, the exceptional food and friendly staff made up for it. The strong waves added an element of fun, although swimming was a bit challenging. Thank you to the owner and chef for a truly memorable and cozy retreat experience.

I loved the relaxation options at Josan Villa, especially the serene outdoor swimming pool and private plunge pool for unwinding. the beach access was fantastic for family bonding, and exploring nearby landmarks like Stilt Fisherman and Habaraduwa Beach added unique cultural experiences to our stay. It was hard to leave this hidden gem of a retreat.
