Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The resort provided a great start to the new year with spacious and clean rooms. Meals were tasty and personalized, including the delicious BBQ night. Staff including Mr Bandara and Gamini Perera ensured guests' needs were catered to personally. The resort is in a key location with easy access to town, activities and the lagoon. The comfy beds and clean pool were additional advantages.

There were too many flies which gathered when meals were delivered. Staff used electric fans to repel them, but it remained a nuisance throughout the stay.

Located by a picturesque lagoon, this newly opened resort offers clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and amenities. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to cater to guests' needs, even accommodating special dietary requirements. The delicious seafood platter, made with fresh fish and prawns, comes highly recommended. the resort plans to build a swimming pool for guests to enjoy.

The warm welcome we received at Atara Lagoon was truly exceptional. The owner and their family went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had both local Sri Lankan dishes and Italian cuisine, which were equally delightful. The hospitality and attention to detail made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.
