I had an exceptional experience at Kaveri Resort. The beautiful gardens with fruit trees, peacocks, and hornbills created a lovely environment. The staff, especially Mr. Diluks Dilhan, the manager, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and even arranged special Sri Lankan meals and a cooking experience for us. The service provided by Mr. Ravi Lal in the restaurant was outstanding. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Lovely gardens with fruit trees and wildlife. Friendly and accommodating staff, excellent service. Manager checks with guests and helps with transportation. Delicious Sri Lankan meals and cooking experience. Calm location with good pool and close to nature.

The food was quite good in general, and they had a pretty decent variety to choose from. the view from the room was quite spectacular - it was nice to wake up to the sunrise each day. the proximity to the nearby town made it easy to go out and explore the area, which was definitely a bonus.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a bit lacking - there were some spots in the room that were quite dusty and in need of cleaning. the staff was not always terribly helpful - we had some issues with the Wi-Fi that took a while to get sorted out.

We stayed here for a night and everything was fantastic. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to assist us. The food was plentiful and reasonably priced. The room was spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed. The location was slightly away from the center but close to all the sights, making it perfect for exploring. We also enjoyed the various amenities and services offered, such as the room service, car hire, and laundry. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

The breakfast buffet is tailored to individual needs, making sure all guests are satisfied. The resort offers a range of facilities, including a pool and spa, allowing for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The road leading to the resort is in poor condition, making the journey slightly unpleasant.

The resort exceeded expectations - beautiful views, Olu flower picking, scenic rock climbs, abundant birds, attentive staff. A truly great experience.
