The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, situated on a small cliff top overlooking the crashing waves. You can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and can even watch the sunset with a cold beer every night. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist you. The breakfast menu is satisfying, offering a good start to the day.

It would have been better if the pool was cleaner.

Thilina and staff were knowledgeable hosts. Great villa, worked well, close to beach. Breakfast was excellent, drinks/food available. Lovely owner, helped with everything, organized birthday breakfast. Huge room with private terrace above sea. Quiet location, 10min walk to center/sandy beach. Five-star views from pool. Comfortable beds, big room, early check-in allowed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, away from the noisy Sri Lankan streets but still close to the beach and restaurants. The room had a balcony with a stunning view of the ocean. The staff was attentive and catered to all my needs. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the Sri Lankan breakfast with its generous portions. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, creating a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a few areas that needed improvement, such as the outdated furniture and the lack of safes in the rooms.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel on a small cliff top overlooking the Indian ocean. The view from my room with a balcony overlooking the ocean was simply breathtaking. I loved waking up to the sound of the sea crashing against the rocks and falling asleep in a quiet room surrounded by nature. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast, included in the price, was delicious, and I couldn't ask for a better way to start my day than enjoying it while taking in the amazing view.

I had an amazing stay at a peaceful and clean large villa by the ocean. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice pool and sunbeds to relax on. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, away from the busy streets but still only a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

Likes include the spacious room and delicious breakfast. the room was bright, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and had a great range of options. the location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to beaches and restaurants. the staff was welcoming and always ready to help with any requests.

The shower was outdated and could use an upgrade to ensure a relaxing experience. the air conditioning was sometimes a bit noisy, but this was a minor issue and didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the stay.
