The staff at this hotel were incredible, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The rooms were stunning, with a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. It was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. One of the best aspects of this hotel was its location. It was conveniently located near various attractions and had easy access to the beach. This made it very convenient for us to explore and enjoy our time in the area.

One thing that could be improved is the wifi setup. It was difficult to access the wifi signal outside of our room, and we had to use different accounts and passwords in different areas of the hotel.

We loved the amazing beachfront location and complimentary Balinese massage upon check-in. The upgraded suite rooms were perfect for our family of four adults and one infant. The restaurant had a decent variety of food options, and the seafood was definitely worth trying. The staff were very attentive and the pool was great for swimming. We also enjoyed a tuk-tuk ride to nearby Mirissa Beach for more dining options. On our last night, one of the staff took us to see a turtle laying eggs on the beach, which was a truly special experience.

The beach was secluded and not crowded, with the option to release turtles into the sea. The hotel had a great chilled vibe, and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We spent this Easter holidays at a small and cosy hotel, located right on the beach. the spacious rooms were elegantly styled and had beautiful surroundings. the staff were very polite and friendly, always willing to go above and beyond for our comfort. the food at the restaurant was truly outstanding and the pool was enormous and clean.

Our only complaint is that the spa experience was not as enjoyable as we expected. There was no lighting to guide the way across the road to the spa, which felt odd considering the attention to detail in the rest of the hotel.

This hotel provides an extremely luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities, including a spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and private facilities. the staff's service is excellent and caters to any need, ensuring a comfortable stay. the restaurant's breakfast and special diet menus are outstanding, providing a range of delicious options. the beach access and sun loungers, along with the garden area and pool with a view, are perfect to unite relaxation with stunning views.

The only minor issue I found at this hotel was the lack of BBQ facilities. the venue would benefit from adding this to their list of amenities to fulfill the desires of guests who enjoy grilled meals.
