The hotel is located in a beautiful and serene area, surrounded by a dense jungle and a peaceful stream flowing nearby. It's perfect for nature lovers wanting to get close to wildlife and enjoy the fresh breeze. The owner, a young and passionate individual, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and even offered us a free dinner. The rooms, especially those on the ground floor with a clean bathroom and a balcony, were comfortable and provided a great view of the forest. The hotel also provided basic amenities and a delicious breakfast.

No improvement needed, everything was great!

Fabulous location in the forest above Peradeniya, near the Botanical Gardens and University Campus. Welcoming and helpful owner and staff. Spacious, clean, comfortable room. Trust-based system for drinks. Kettle with tea and coffee. Balconies and rooftop space. Serene atmosphere with birds and monkeys. River nearby.

We enjoyed our spacious room at Linwood Bungalow, complete with a comfortable seating area. The natural outdoor pool in the forest was a refreshing bonus. The manager was extremely helpful in organizing transport and giving us tips for our stay. Despite being in a quiet and cool location, we had everything we needed, including a hot shower and a mosquito net. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.

Great Place to Relax In the City

The property is located in a quiet and peaceful location surrounded by lush greenery. Tuk-tuks or pick-up cars are easily available for transportation. the room was cozy and well-equipped with amenities. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with different options to choose from. the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help when needed.

Although the location is tranquil, it is a bit far from the town area and the main attractions. the nearby dogs tend to bark at night, which can disturb light sleepers.
