I had an amazing stay at a clean and comfortable hotel located in a quiet street with a great location between the harbour and Dutch bay. The hotel is within walking distance of Fort Frederick and the centre. The lobby area has a good restaurant where they make fresh samosas, rotis, and Indian style sweets daily. Joseph, the manager, was incredibly helpful in organizing everything and always made time for a friendly chat. The room was well presented and the room service staff were always friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Trincomalee.

The rooms were quite clean and well presented, and the staff seemed friendly enough. The key location in the city was great, being central and close to any sights. I also enjoyed the food which was very amazing.

There was no wifi available which made it difficult to stay connected with my work. The grumpy front office staff was quite unfriendly and simply refused to smile.

Bright and comfortable room with a spacious balcony. Includes fan and AC. Good location between the harbour and Dutch bay, walking distance to Fort Frederick and the centre. Open all day restaurant with delicious food. Manager is helpful and speaks English well.
