The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sights of the surrounding peaks. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, especially with carrying our luggage up to our room. the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and satisfying. We also enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the location, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

There were a few issues that affected our stay. the TV in our room was not working and the water pressure in the shower was quite weak.

One of the best aspects of this hotel is its breathtaking location. Perched on a cliff overlooking a mesmerizing valley, it offers panoramic views that will leave you speechless. Whether you're enjoying a delicious breakfast or relaxing in your room, the view of Ella Rock is simply amazing.

All was excellent, with just one minor room for improvement.

The breathtaking views from the room and spacious deck were perfect for someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The proximity to Ella town center was a bonus.

We got great value for our money at Misty Hills Ella Resort. The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the valley and hills. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our wet belongings and even arranged a cooking class for us.

The breakfast offerings could have been better with more variety.

Gorgeous views and fantastic breakfast options including cappuccino and pancakes. the kind manager assisted with sightseeing plans and even gave us a lift to town on his moped.

Some rooms had faulty A/C and limited water in showers, as well as poor WiFi. the cleanliness of the rooms could also be improved with more effort.

The rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds and balconies offering amazing views. It's a bit of a walk to the town, but renting a bike is a convenient option. Great value for money. Would stay again.

As young holiday goers, we loved the amazing view from our room and the big balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast was delicious, especially the lovely pancakes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest after exploring Ella.

It was all superb.

Amazing views of the surrounding mountains and forests. Good value for money compared to other accommodations in the area. the Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious. Convenient and affordable laundry service. Decent location with a short walk back from town. Blue lights in the bathroom and bedroom that can be changed to yellow/white lights.

The presence of ants in the bathroom. Lack of attention to detail in cleaning the rooms, with old TV mounts and belongings left behind.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the spacious rooms with well-equipped amenities and huge balconies offering stunning views of the valley and rocks/hills. The attentive and friendly staff provided excellent service, and the food was delicious.

One of the advantages that I enjoyed was the helpful and friendly staff, who were always ready to assist with any queries or concerns.

The rooms were in need of some maintenance and updating. the decor looked tired and could use a fresh coat of paint.
