Our stay at Paraiso Guest House was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with incredible warmth and hospitality. The views from the hotel, perched on a hill, were simply astonishing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we were treated to a delicious homemade breakfast tailored to our wake-up time. The hosts even provided us with hand-made maps for exploring the town, which were incredibly accurate. Staying in Ella and specifically at Paraiso Guest House was the highlight of our trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, 10-15 walk from town with peaceful surroundings and mountain views. Walk to town along train track is enjoyable. Plentiful breakfast provided and attentive staff assisting with taxis and recommendations. Fantastic host, helped with Ella Rock hike and provided helpful guides. Amazing room view for sunrise and sunset without trekking.

The friendly and helpful host goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Additionally, the homemade Sri Lankan breakfast served is absolutely delicious.

The noise from passing tuktuks and temple prayers nearby can be a bit disruptive.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautifully located guest house with amazing views. the property is new and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony. the host was incredibly helpful and served us a delicious and generous breakfast. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the tourist attractions in town. We were impressed by the hospitality and attention to detail. the overall experience at Paraiso Guest House made our visit to the area even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful two-day stay at Paraiso Homestay in Ella. The clean and beautiful room had an amazing view of the hills and valley. The Withanage family, who owns the homestay, was incredibly kind and cooked delicious meals for us. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Ella's center. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was excellent with local food and fruit. The walk to Ella along the train track was a unique experience.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The view from our room was jaw-dropping, overlooking the valley below and the rolling hills in the distance. We were always greeted by a friendly and helpful staff who provided us with a delicious breakfast and arranged transportation for us. the location was great because it was just a short stroll to the lively town center where we enjoyed strolling through the markets and trying authentic Sri Lankan cuisine.

The room could use some updating and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and sometimes we couldn't connect.

They arranged scooters for us to explore the area, and gave great recommendations for local restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, with good-sized bathrooms and a nice shower. The breakfast provided was delicious, with homemade Sri Lankan dishes that we loved. The location of the guest house was perfect, just a short walk from town and offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

The guest house could benefit from offering more amenities such as shampoo and conditioner for guests.
