The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the beach and the bathroom facilities were top-notch. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the infinity pool and bar overlooking the beach added a touch of luxury to our experience.

The karaoke bar located nearby could be a bit noisy at night, disturbing our peace at times.

We loved the rooftop and pool areas, perfect for some sunbathing and relaxation. The quality of the food was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The views from our bedroom were absolutely fabulous.

We had a fantastic stay at a brand new hotel right on the beach. the room was spacious with a beautiful sea view and a stunning bathroom. the staff were lovely, even surprising us with a cake for our honeymoon. the hotel had great facilities including a gym, rooftop bar, another bar, restaurant with superb food, pool. It was also very convenient for airport transfers.

Chic and elegantly sophisticated "Old Salt" bar, located on the mezzanine floor overlooking the majestic Indian Ocean, offers the perfect rendezvous for socializing or just unwinding over a drink. The evening's entertainment was so lively that it felt like being at a concert by the beach, with a sea breeze and sunset as the backdrop.

Swimming pool area lacked shade and trees.

The decoration of Pledge Scape is absolutely delightful. The use of vibrant colors and nautical elements throughout the hotel create a cheerful and refreshing ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciate the thoughtful design that caters to all age groups. The general areas are well-maintained and accessible, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel. The staff, who I fondly refer to as the children of the staff, were exceptionally attentive and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

In order to make the vacation even better for senior people like myself, I would ask for the addition of more handrails in the bathrooms and by the pool. This small improvement would provide an extra sense of security and support for senior guests.

The wifi wasn't always reliable, which was a bit of a hassle. although the bathroom had a great shower, it wasn't as clean as we expected.

From the moment we walked into the pool suite at Pledge Scape, we were blown away by the luxurious experience. The room was beautifully designed and had stunning views. The bed was comfortable, and the sitting areas were perfect for relaxation. The highlight was definitely the indulgent bathtub - it was pure bliss! The dining experience was exceptional, with a talented sous chef named Meththa and a team of fantastic chefs. The food was exquisite, especially the seafood platter which was the best we've ever had. Meththa personally came to our table and gave us helpful advice on the dishes. The hotel manager was also friendly and open to feedback. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful, and we really appreciated their efforts. we had a fantastic stay at Pledge Scape and would highly recommend it.
