The outside seating areas are lovely, providing the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The breakfast included with your stay is simply superb, with a wide selection of delicious options to choose from.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience.

Ravana Heights is nestled on a hill with stunning views of Ella Rock. The rooms offer a great view of the valley and are equipped with good bathrooms. The hotel itself is surrounded by lovely gardens, adding to the beauty of the location. The breakfast is served on the porch, allowing guests to enjoy the absolutely wonderful view while starting their day.

No issues, everything was perfect.

The hotel's location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of nature. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist and make sure our stay was enjoyable. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

There was one negative aspect that affected our experience. We were not able to book a single room for our family and had to book two separate rooms.

As youngsters, we really enjoyed the hot water boiler in every room, the beautiful flower garden, and the nice view from our room window. We also had a fun encounter with the monkeys just outside our window. The ventilator in the room helped protect us from the heat and mosquitos. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and on par with other Sri Lanka hotels we've visited, including a fruit plate, sweet banana & honey rotti, spicy omelette. The amazing view of Ella Rock added to the overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a refreshing drink and a delicious snack. The view from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking, with a perfect view of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast served on the main balcony was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed. The owner was very knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations for hiking trails. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ella.
