I had an amazing stay at Rawana Den in Ella. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire stay. They even recommended some great places to visit. The breakfast spread each morning was absolutely delicious, especially the Sri Lankan dishes they introduced me to. The view from my balcony was breathtaking, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet still conveniently close to the main street. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Ella.

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in the hills, away from the noise of touristy bars, this hotel is a great choice. Its location on top of a steep hill offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. You can start your day with a delicious breakfast and then explore the nearby restaurants. Plus, the manager, besides being kind, is also a talented cook.

It would be more convenient if there were kettles in the rooms for hot water.

Spent the new year in a guesthouse with amazing views, friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast and dinner. the rooms were basic, but comfortable and clean. the staff offered useful information on sightseeing locations and even arranged a car for us. Another advantage was the mix of both continental and local cuisine on the breakfast menu.

The last 5 minutes to the hotel was a steep climb; it was tough to climb after a long day and especially in the dark.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, just a short walk from the popular Chill Bar. The rooms offer a wonderful view, with some even boasting a nice balcony to relax and take in the surroundings. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast served at this hotel is simply incredible, with an amazing view to complement the delicious food.

rawana den hotel in ella exceeded our expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly, offering umbrellas in the rain and serving delicious welcome drinks. the rooms were new, clean, and had beautiful views. the home-cooked meals were some of the best we've had while traveling. highly recommend!
