Stunning views of the valley and small waterfalls. Friendly and helpful staff who accommodated our dietary needs.- Clean room with a comfortable bed.

The room was dirty upon arrival with stained bedding. The room was infested with bugs, making it unpleasant to stay in.

The views from our room were absolutely stunning, we could see monkeys playing in the trees. The staff were lovely and brought us a pot of tea on arrival to drink on the terrace and enjoy the views. Breakfast was huge and the staff were accommodating for special dietary needs.

There was a damp smell in our room and some dead bugs in the bathroom. The internet was non-existent in our room and slow in the communal area.

The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning landscape right in front of us. Also, the location was ideal as it was relatively close to the restaurants in town. We also appreciated the friendly staff who made our stay more enjoyable.

There were quite a few negative aspects during our stay. there was no wifi on our floor, which was a major inconvenience.

We had an amazing stay at a guesthouse in Ella, with breathtaking views from our bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from town, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful nature while still being close to everything. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, providing us with information on day trips and even helping us hire mopeds. The breakfast was delicious and we had a very pleasant overall experience. Highly recommended!
